Our covered pergola and surrounding garden area can be reserved for larger groups, offering a unique riverside setting for group celebrations.
The pergola is ideal for groups of 15–30 guests, with the possibility of spilling onto the lawn area on sunny days.
As Booths by the Bridge operates as a walk-in café and does not take table bookings, reserving the pergola is the only way we can guarantee a dedicated space for your group.
To secure your booking, we require a reservation fee, which is fully redeemable against drinks at the bar and cafe food (not pizzas) during your event.

Booking terms and conditions
1. The pergola seats up to 30 guests and is available for groups of 15 or more.
2. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3. The deposit will be applied as credit to your bar tab on arrival and can be used on food and drinks on the day. Any unused balance at the end of your visit is non-refundable and will not be carried over to a future visit.
4. The deposit is strictly non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
5. We occasionally host live music events in the beer garden. These are confirmed at short notice and are entirely weather-dependent. A pergola booking does not guarantee the presence or absence of live music on the day.
6. The pergola is an outdoor structure — sheltered from above but open-sided. We are not responsible for weather conditions on the day of your booking. If the weather is not great and you'd prefer to move inside, you may of course do so but there will be no reserved area for your group inside.
7. The rest of the café operates as walk-in only. The pergola is the only area available to pre-book.
8. We reserve the right to refuse a booking or cancel a reservation where we have reason to believe our terms are not being met.
9. By making a booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
